Wellness Workouts improves the health and well being of people through wellness education and fitness programs. Specializing in working with those 55 and older as well as those who have been diagnosed with stress or a physical aliment, Wellness Workouts focuses on improving people's quality of life and bringing it back to where it belongs ~ in their hands.

Combining her passion for nutrition and exercise with her enthusiasm for teaching others, Karen Skoog started Wellness Workouts in 2001, and has been successfully designing and teaching wellness programs to individuals, groups, and businesses throughout the Twin Cities. She holds many certifications in training, nutrition, and specialized exercise by nationally accredited fitness and wellness associations.
